Night Before

Students order by 10 PM

Students browse your menu and pre-order before the nightly cut-off. The system locks all orders in and processes payment via PayNow. You don't do anything at this stage.

You get your batch summary

Before you open up, you receive a simple summary — via WhatsApp message or a printable list — showing exactly how many portions of each item were ordered. "Nasi lemak: 34. Mee goreng: 18. Milo ais: 27." That's it. Prep what you need, nothing more.

Food is already done. Students scan and collect.

A laminated QR code sits on your counter. Students scan it, their order is verified instantly, and they flash a giant confirmation screen at you. You hand over the food. No names to shout. No change to make. Under 10 seconds per student.

After 1:30 PM

Leftover? Almost never.

Because you cooked exactly what was ordered, waste is near zero. Any no-shows (students who don't collect within 30 minutes of their pickup window) are automatically forfeited — no refund to them, no loss to you.

The "Reverse QR" System

Most systems make the vendor scan the student. We flipped it. We print a unique QR code for your stall — you laminate it and stick it on the counter once. That's your entire hardware setup.

Students scan your QR from their phone. The app verifies their order and shows them a giant, high-contrast screen — ORDER #104 — VERIFIED ✓ — which they hold up to you. You see it, you hand over the food. Done.

Stripe's PayNow rate. This is covered by the $0.20–$0.30 platform fee charged to the student. You receive the full food price.

💡 Example: Student orders a $3.50 nasi lemak. They pay $3.70 (food price + platform fee). You receive $3.50. Stripe takes ~$0.06. We keep ~$0.14. Everyone's happy.

Your Questions, Answered 🙋

Do I need a smartphone or tablet at the stall?

No. The only "hardware" you need is a laminated A5 sheet with your QR code on it. We print and deliver it to you. Students use their own phones to scan it.

What if a student doesn't collect?

Orders auto-expire 30 minutes after the pickup window. There is a strict no-show, no-refund policy enforced by the app. The food was already prepared — the student bears the loss, not you.

How do I receive my morning batch summary?

Via WhatsApp message to your number each morning before 8 AM. It lists every item and how many portions were ordered. Clean, simple, no app needed.

Can I change my menu or prices?

Yes. Just message us and we'll update your menu in the system within 24 hours. We're working on a self-service portal too.

What if a student has a complaint about the food?

Food quality issues are handled directly between you and the student, same as today. We handle the payment and order logistics — we're not in the middle of food disputes.

Is there a lock-in contract?

None. You can withdraw from the platform at any time. Just let us know.
